Martial Law is issued by the President if he has determined that society must be managed by the government to maintain peace and stability as a means of crisis management. Most or all of our constitutional rights would be suspended under martial law. It is the President who declares it and it is the President who can cancel it. There are many scenarios that could trigger this event. Many Americans are stuck in a time warp and simply cannot believe that such a thing could happen in America. While others are just in complete denial or are clouded with misconceptions of reality. Wise free critical thinkers who are awake and have done their homework know otherwise.
According to USA Newsflash, President Obama has created law enforcement branches in over 70 federal agencies. It is estimated that there are over 120,000 law enforcement agents in the federal government who are not part of traditional law enforcement branches — CIA, FBI, DEA, ATF, DHS, DOJ, and Treasury Dept. There are many types of use for Martial Law one is where the military takes over a typically corrupt government like a coup d’ etat. Something that many would like to see happen right now in America. But it seems more likely that the type of Martial Law that may or may not be coming to the US is the Martial Law invoked temporarily by the President when the government feels the society cannot function peacefully. Martial Law can be used by governments to enforce their rule over the public. Wikipedia illustrates many countries that have invoked Martial Law. You should have a look. The US has had situational and regional states of emergency but to date never a Martial Law, just mini-martial law test runs such as Boston after the marathon bombing. With Martial Law one can expect curfews, the suspension of civil law, civil rights, habeas corpus, and more. Heavy military presence. Harsh military actions are swiftly taken for violators.
Summary
Today there are so many things that could trigger the invocation of Martial Law in the US from racial riots, to terror attacks, to election chaos should Trump be denied the nomination. The list of triggering events either real, false flag or the successful application of the Hegelian Dialectic are endless. Let’s hope and pray for the best but plan for the worst.
